We watched the movie, Cyberbully, and this is what I can say.
Cyberbulling is very evil and sick! In the movie, Taylor is the victim. She has the life of a normal teenager. She goes to school and gets bullied, called names, and leaves with her friends.
At her birthday, she got a brand new laptop. Now, naturaly, she wanted to use it right away. She created a acount to this website called Clicksters. It's like Facebook or MySpace. She then got a friend request from the boy who she thinks is "Hot." Her friend Samantha wants her to stop using Clicksters as soon as she gets an other friend request by a boy named James, who is really her friend Samantha, who says that Taylor had sex with James and gave him S.T.Ds. Taylor then becomes extreamly sad due to the cyber bulling from Lindsay, Scott calling her weird, and James, calling not only saying she gave him S.T.Ds but insulting her, tries to commit suicide by taking pills. She gets taken to a hospital and gets help. Her mother then tries to pass a law making cyberbulling illegal. She then finally gets it illegal by asking samantha why she made up James in the news paper, naturaly getting a ton of attention. She then goes back to school after feeling better and becomes friends with her old friends again. I learned from the film that even one post on a website or a comment to a post can change someones life.
Cyberbullying is awful and you are right, one comment can have a huge effect on someone's life.
